What You'll Do:

- Maintain a consistent route of pools

- Perform weekly cleaning of pools

- Communicate with customers

- Work independently while being backed by a supportive office team

What We're Looking For:

- Reliable and hardworking with great attention to detail

- Independent, organized, and responsive

- Strong character - you take pride in doing the job right

- Willingness to learn and grow

- Good communication skills and clean driving record

Pay & Perks:

- $20-23/hour starting pay after training, depending on experience

- Weekly Pay

- Extra Pay if you use your own vehicle - or use a company truck

- All tools and equipment provided

- Full training & continued support

- Opportunities to grow into leadership roles

Requirements:

- Valid Driver's License

- Comfortable Working Outdoors

- Smartphone required for route management

- Available Monday-Friday (full-time hours)

Experience Level:

- Experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person
